We are very excited as we get closer to the launches of our new Gallery and Training/Retreat Center and, for our tatting enthusiasts, the launch of our new Tatting only web site…..coming hopefully mid to late January.   

We are using the month of January to do some housecleaning, rearranging and planning for the next phase for Zig-Zag.  Thank you for your patience during this transition. Thank you to our loyal customers for the wonderful support we have continued to receive during this fun transition!!

Please note: Minimum one yard cut on discounted fabric.  Baskets, consignment items, tatting supplies and items in the Batik room are not included in the 50% discount. Online sale limited to fabrics, quilting notions, Michael Miller papers, McKenna Tyan Designs products..

We still have more inventory than showroom space so we are having a Special event this Friday and Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm. Most in-stock items will be discounted 50% and other specials will be offered during this weekend sale event. 

If you visit our shop, help us decide which threads to keep in stock in the new training center by voting for your favorites.

Also, check out our new classrooms.  We now have two classrooms available for quilting, tatting, basket weaving, scrapbooking, etc.  Be one of the first to sign up to rent a classroom for your group.

Reminder:  1st Weekend blocks will be available this Friday and Saturday.

Sneak Peek at What's Coming

The following is a sneak peek at what to expect if you were to visit us online or in person:

• Day Retreats, Classes, Events, Quilts and Handwoven Baskets
• Retired Longaberger baskets for sale
• 1,500 + bolts of fabric, Batiks, Fairy Frost, Jenny Beyer and Kona Solids, books and limited selection of notions.  Tatting Threads and notions etc.

Two classrooms will be available for groups of 12 and 24 or more depending on venue:

• Daily rental fee $75.00
• $25.00 non refundable/damage deposit required to reserve the building
• Catered Meals $7.00 and up per person depending on menu and caterer

Pillow Case Challenge
We are participating in the One Million Pillowcase Challenge that you see in all the current magazines. So start sewing some pillowcases and if you know of any local charities that would like to benefit from this fun challenge just send me an e-mail so that I can contact them and get them on our list.

For our friends and customers who don’t have e-mail:  For those folks wishing to have us send them a hard copy of the monthly newsletter or class list, please mail or drop off a self-addressed stamped envelopes for us to mail to you.

Our web site is currently undergoing changes so I apologize for any glitches etc. that you might experience during this phase.  Also the selection in the catalog is rather limited at this time. We are in the process of rearranging and expanding our offering.
