Advanced English Paper Piecing (EPP)
Join us in making a 10" block using English Paper Piecing (EPP) with instructor Sarah!
This block is Lucy Boston's Patchwork of the Cross - English Paper Pieced. The block is 10 inches by 10 inches before the next round is added. You can use it for the beginning of a table runner, pillow top, or quilt! In addition to making this block, we will discuss various templates, paper pieces, fussy cutting, fabric values, and how they affect the finished block. English Paper Piecing is a hand-sewn technique. I find it relaxing and a great travel project! Instructor Sarah has a few of the original books by Linda Franz for $19.95 (in addition to the class fee) for those interested. Please let Jennifer know if you would like to reserve one. The class fee includes templates, paper pieces, needles, thread, a wonder clip, and fabric.
