Learn to Sew for Kids - Full Bundle of 6 classes

Save a bundle when you sign up for the full bundle package deal of 6 classes! Each student will learn a new project weekly, which includes the use of a classroom sewing machine, fabric/supplies, and tools necessary.

Every week for 6 weeks, this class includes a project each student will learn how to sew and take home. They get their choice of fabric colorway for fun and creativity! It is designed for ages 8+ 

More challenging skills are learned each week and it builds on their knowledge until they learn the basics of sewing a simple skirt (or shorts) in week 5 and a BBQ apron in the last class. Weeks 1-4 are a placemat, a coaster & jar opener, a tote bag, and a silly stuffed critter. 

This is a great opportunity to learn from a Past 4-H Member! Even if you're not a 4-H member, this is a perfect way to learn sewing.

A parent or guardian is not required to attend with the student. One adult is welcome to be in the classroom with the student. (You know best what your child's needs). An adult wanting to also make the projects (and use the classroom sewing machine and tools) will need to register and pay the class fee, too. 

(An extra fee may be necessary to cover more fabric used for adult sizes). 

This class is designed for children ages 8+

NOTE - There are no make-up classes or refunds available for missed class sessions with the bundle package purchase. If a student needs to miss a class with 48 hours notice by emailing info@zigzagcornerquilts.com, they can receive a $20 Zig-Zag Corner Gift Card for a missed class. We have a guest instructor scheduled for specific dates (see schedule for each individual class date to check your calendar in advance).
