Machine Maintenance!
Machine Maintenance is the best way to take care of your machine! Come learn how so you can show love to your machine.
Machine Reminder - Do not push or pull on your fabric. You're flexing the needle. (It's striking down where it does not belong). If you get a thread jam, stop and pull out your bobbin. You should be able to test if your flywheel can move okay. Gently cut the thread.
Do not remove any parts (such as your thread cutter). If your thread cutter is not working, contact us for help. Do not remove the cover of your machine. It will void the warranty. Don't ruin your 20-year warranty. Let us help!
