Approved returns that are not due to an error on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition, you are responsible for all shipping costs. The Zig-Zag Corner will credit your account (less restocking & shipping fees) in the form of a gift certificate that you can use to purchase other merchandise on our website, or as a reimbursement to your credit card.
